Is Springus available for Android?

We haven't launched Springus for Android yet. If you're interested in being one of the first to try Springus on Android, you can join our waitlist by emailing us at [email protected]. We'll keep you updated with news on Android development!

Is Springus free to use?

Springus is free to use.

What's the catch?

There is no catch! Springus is free to use.

Long term we plan to monetize Springus by showing you new clothing that would complement what's already in your closet. These ads will fund Springus.

How do I create an account?

After downloading the app, you'll be prompted to sign in using your Apple ID. After doing so your account can be accessed via your Apple ID.

Why can't I see my outfits?

After uploading springus needs a few seconds to segment your outfit. After around 12 seconds you'll see the results.

What permissions does Springus require?

Springus requests the following permissions:

• Springus requests access to your camera to capture fit pics to use throughout the app. These pictures are what we use to digitize your wardrobe and understand your style.
• Springus requests access to your camera roll to upload previously captured fit pics.

How can I delete my account?

If you would like to delete your account reach out to our contact email below. We will get back to you within 48 hours with steps to verify your identity.
